Texas – NovaSource Power announced the acquisition of aerial inspection and site data service provider Heliolytics.
NovaSource says the acquisition complements its existing O&M portfolio and strengthens the company’s ability to provide lifecycle services in the renewable energy industry.

Heliolytics, based in Toronto, Ontario, will continue to be a stand-alone entity and will retain the Heliolytics name, brand and staff.
